As a seasoned champion trainer, my track record spans over 13 years of delivering exceptional results. Holding level 3 and 4 certifications in personal training and boasting a formidable black belt in Muay Thai, my expertise extends across a diverse array of disciplines, including CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, swimming, and bodybuilding. What truly ignites my passion is guiding and supporting my clients wholeheartedly to conquer their goals and unlock their fullest potential.
My journey began at the age of 13 when I started working for my family business. My parents are both long-term fitness facility owners and have a combined total of 55 years of experience in the fitness industry. While working at my parent’s fitness facilities, I had the opportunity to attend any lectures they presented on various topics, such as dieting, creating fitness programs, and how to achieve your goals. After realising this career was what I was passionate about, I obtained my formal Personal Trainer qualifications.
At age 16, I started taking on my first clients, closely followed by designing and instructing HIIT programs and various group classes. I have actively trained and competed in CrossFit, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Swimming, and I have achieved my Black Belt in Muay Thai. It is safe to say that fitness, health, well-being, and educating others are part of my DNA.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the most straightforward and realistic way possible. With so much conflicting information, it can be very frustrating and confusing to know what to do. I will teach you my methods to help you lose weight and achieve the goals you desire; everyone’s ideal look or result is different, and it is my job to give you that.
My expertise is in transformations. Whether weight loss, muscle gain, or lifting that new personal best. When you reach those goals, you go through a change. You gain confidence, charisma, and a newfound look at life. During this process, I’ll give you the essential tools to sustain your results long term without the aid of a coach. However, I will always be here to help provide you with guidance if you begin to stray from your long-term goals.
The critical knowledge I will deliver to you is how to manage your macros, understand your triggers for poor food choices and the fact that you don’t have to work out seven days a week to be indeed happy and obtain the results you desire.
Sustainability is the core of what I teach my clients. You will never be expected to adhere to any form of specific diet or exercise routine that you despise. That might sound impossible if you have tried other fitness regimes or diets before. However, by delivering you my premium services online (via my app), you will get more hours with me than a traditional face-to-face coach. This allows me to keep you accountable and provide you with constructive feedback whilst keeping your fees affordable without the cost of face-to-face meetings.
