Sam bravely embarked on a life-changing journey with a starting weigh of 135kg. Despite previous unsuccessful attempts at shedding body fat, he knew he had to give it another shot. Dealing with anxiety and depression since his early teenage years, Sam understood that exercise wasn’t just crucial for his physical health but also vital for his mental well-being.

Initially hesitant, Sam took his first step by seeking nutritional guidance and setting a daily step target. This small start gradually built the momentum that led Sam to the gym three times a week. Over the course of several months, he experienced not only remarkable fat loss but also significant improvements in his mental health. The gym became much more than just a workout place for him – it became a sanctuary where he found strength and peace of mind.

With each passing day, Sam’s passion for the gym grew, eventually turning it into a regular 5-6 times a week routine. He eagerly looked forward to his gym sessions, realising that it was not only transforming him physically but also mentally. Moreover, he found a supportive community of like-minded individuals in the gym, who shared similar goals and interests.

In just 9 months, Sam achieved extraordinary results. He shed an impressive 30kg in body fat and gained nearly 10kg of muscle. His determination and dedication paid off, and he even accomplished the remarkable feat of doing pull-ups at a bodyweight of 108kg!
